Ferris Wheel Press - Misguided Mistletoe

As the winter festivities approach, here is a Christmas-y themed ink from Ferris Wheel Press. It’s a medium-dark green ink, with really no shading. There’s a teeny bit of red sheening, and a lot of gold shimmer. I find the ink to be… frothy? It may just be the way I shake my ink (aggressively, lol) but I have this issue in a small handful of inks (and they’re always shimmer).

Despite my intense love for Christmas - I love the decorations and cozy vibes - this ink just isn’t scratching that spot for me. It’s not an immediate ‘oooooh’ reaction. But! The ink does seem nice, and hasn’t treated me poorly in the instances that I’ve used it with a glass dip pen.

@paperemm December 1st! Happy holidays to all those who celebrate something this month. For those who don’t, or whom the time of year hits hard, I hope the month treats you kindly ❤️ Ink: Misguided Mistletoe by @ferriswheelpress Paper: Hobonichi (old) #handwriting #penmanship #hobonichi #stationery #fountainpen #fountainpenink #inkswatch #bujo #glassdip #ferriswheelpress #happyholidays #merrychristmas ♬ Christmas / Lo-Fi / Vlog / Emo(931104) - G-HIKARU
