Wearingeul - Wayfarer

A photo of a bottle of Wearingeul 30mL bottle of fountain pen ink in "Wayfarer", in front of the packaging.

This fountain pen ink from Wearingeul has been on my wishlist for some time! It was one of the first I fell in love with seeing other people’s swatches. I’m happy to finally have it in my collection.

Let’s see the swatches!

Wayfarer is a beautiful unique blue colour - somewhere between cerulean and aquamarine. There’s tons of light blue shimmer, and some gentle reddish-pink sheen on the Tomoe River and Midori paper.

I haven’t filled a pen yet with this colour, but here’s a writing sample using a monoline nib. The ink is much more sparkly than I was able to capture in this writing sample, but if you see in the example of it in the Tomoe River photo, you can see the shimmer pooling in the ink. It really is gorgeous.
