Diamine - Tranquility | Inkvent 2023
Hello! For day twenty-one of the Diamine Inkvent 2023 we have a another delicious purple shimmer ink.
Straight to the swatches!
Tranquility is a chameleon ink (colour shifting shimmer) that swaps between looking like a green/teal, to a gold colour. I am enthralled, it makes me swoooon, especially on Midori paper. Just like some of the prior inks, I think the yellow creaminess of the Midori paper really makes the colour pop.
Also, the ink is really giving me ‘Scanlan in Vox Machina’ vibes. Loving that.
Compare all these photos - you can see in the standing swatches that from the front the shimmer appears gold, while the angled photo below it’s a lovely minty colour (showing a bit more blue in this photo, because the day was a bit cold).
