Diamine - Moon Beam | Inkvent 2023
Hello! For day nine of the Diamine Inkvent 2023 we’re presented with a dark, shimmery grey ink.
Let’s see some swatches ~
Moon Beam kind of feels like a subtle ink to me (you might not think it later when you see the shimmer close-up). But in writing, and in swatches, the shimmer isn’t really visible from direct line of sight. I think in my range of grey inks, I have some that are much more exciting, so while the ink is pretty on it’s own, I think I just have ones that are a bit nicer.
When you look at the shimmer up close, I do find it similar to Wearingeul’s Romeo ink, though that ink doesn’t feature a chameleon shimmer. That is to say, that ink only has a purple shimmer, and doesn’t feature any of the teal/blue shimmer of today’s ink.
